        The image center was awful. It has long wait times. The nurse or doctor Jan was very rude and ignorant.

        Lab never returns messages or answers the phone. I called to ask questions as to what I needed because I didnt have my new cards yet but was covered and did not want to drive all the way there and get sent out. I mentioned when I called the pavillion itself to get transferred over that they never answer and she snapped at me they only have TWO people over there and they are busy drawing blood! They cant answer phones and draw blood too! So their short staffing is my problem?? And you have to jump me about it? They never return messages either, whats the excuse for that??? I will NEVER go there again. Their problems arent my problems and there needs to be someone manning phones and returning messages at least SOME part of every day! Real professional!

        Could take a while to get a workplace random drug/alcohol test. You may have to wait while the nurses take care of other priority cases.
