I have written before explaining the extreme amount of service and care given to me by David. My experience with Hartford after having no claims for 15-20 years was atrocious. I had one claim when my sump pump failed after having paid extra for the sump pump insurance and was treated as though I was trying to bankrupt the company. I switched to Farmers without ever meeting David or knowing anything about him. The sump pump failed again after seven months and the service from David was completely different. He actually spent hours with me cleaning the mess and installing a new sump pump. The amount of work he did was worth hundreds if not thousands of dollars. In addition, he has become a friend, he calls occasionally to see if everything is ok with me and is always welcome for a cup of coffee and some conversation. Personally I believe he is a gem of an agent and a roll model for Farmers and for society.
