Another year, another delivery. I ordered the wood this past Saturday night and it was delivered only 3 days after. Usually I have found that there is a bit of dirt mixed in with the pile from the loading guy scraping the ground but this year looks rather clean. The wood always burns well and is mostly good size, although few pieces are kinda big and I split it one more time. Will continue to be a customer.

Ordered a cord of seasoned firewood. Delivery took 9 days from date of order. Upon arrival, roughly 15% of the wood is completely green. All of the wood was soaking wet, covered in mud, and is extremely difficult to light. I have dried a portion for 6 weeks inside the ventilated garage and it is still damp and tough to maintain a decent fire.
Been looking through Google reviews, many were posted with very similar language during a similar time frame from people with only one total review. My experience more closely matches that of many of the Yelp reviews.

I tried calling the office several times because I wanted to pay cash for the wood. Never got a call back. After several days of waiting I went on the website and ordered one cord. I placed my order on Friday and it was delivered Monday. The wood that was delivered was very clean, no dirt in it. It was so clean that I stacked about half of it in my garage. The wood has been out of the weather for over a week. The wood is very green, it is very hard to keep it burning. When you put a log on a raging fire you can see and hear the steam coming out of the end of the log for quite a while.
The price is good, delivery is good, communication with the office is poor, once the woods is aged appropriately it will be good. I will probably stack this cord for use next year.

I ordered mixed season hardwood but only some of it seems seasoned. I've had to try to guess as to which pieces are well seasoned. I'd recommend going with them if you plan to buy unseasoned wood to prepare for the next burning season but not if you are looking for wood that is ready to burn.
