Dr. John J. Porrino, DO

Dr. Porrino is a caring Dr. In a small office where i get personal attention. I will not go to any other Primary Care Dr. The huge Dr. Offices treat you like a number and are too busy to do a thorough job. Went to a huge dermatology office. They forgot to call in my script and i could not get a live person on the phone. I called Dr. Porrino's secretary and they handled my issue asap.

Dr. Porrino is such a nice guy. However, the receptionist was downright rude as hell. Huffing and puffing the whole time I tried to make an appointment. She needs a new job.

Dr Porrino is a great doctor. He takes his time and listens to his patients. I always feel comfortable taking my children for visits there.

I agree with many other comments, Dr Porrino is wonderful, carefully explains things and takes time with his patients. Stephanie the receptionist is unbelievably rude. I have put up with her ignorance for years now. She speaks over you, undermines you, lack compassion and God forbid you have a question. This has become such an issue , and I love the doctor but the lack of consirn and care from Stephanie is is enough to contemplate switching doctors.
