        The absolute best car buying experience. They provided transparency and were reasonable in negotiation without any high pressure sales tactics. Mark, Tom, and Marco were all the most personable folks I dealt with across MANY dealers in my search for the right vehicle and I will be skipping my 2 local dealers and drive an hour to see these guys again in the future.

        If you are interested in a Volvo, Brown-Daub is the place to go. My recent experience working with Sarah to look at, test drive and purchase a 2024 XC60 was GREAT! She is very knowledgeable and made the whole process very easy and stress free. In addition, her assistance after the sale was also on point and very proactive, enabling me to resolve an issue (of my own making) without an additional trip to the dealership.

        If you think of some of the most common apprehensions/potential ickiness that is often associated with buying a new car, this dealership and team largely remove all of that from the equation. My wife and I have bought multiple Volvos from this dealership, and on each occasion the purchase experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The various team members who assist the purchase have all been great to work with over the years, but the number one reason we continue returning to this dealership has been our sales person, Ken Narsewicz. Ken does a stellar job at connecting the dots between what you need/want and what are the best options currently available. Aside from the textbook list of personality/character qualities that make a great salesperson, Ken is just a great guy. Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and candid. You dont need to have the best intuition to know when someone is actually trying to help you out and cares about your best interest. Go talk to Ken. The service team at this dealership is very solid too. Karl has always been really helpful.
