I live 4 hours away so I wanted to make sure the truck I wanted was still there and available. I started the application on line, sent in pictures of my trade. Was told I would be called the next day. I called the dealership around 1030am, the sales associate I dealt with was off. Please leave my number a manager would call right back. 2 hours later no phone call. I called again..leave number please. I said no and assumed I just wasn't getting financed. The sales associate calls, apologizes, said there was a mix up, they were doing everything right then. 10 mins later...oops sorry truck was sold 3 days ago!!! My fiance contacted the dealer on there website...the truck is still available. If you live near here maybe you'll be treated better but if you see a good deal on their website don't even bother calling. Who knows if the vehicle is there or not or if they're willing to sell it. Glad I didn't drive out there.....update as you see in their reply they are blaming waiting for my trade information. I called on Wednesday...Joey their sales associate said the truck was sold on TUESDAY. That's lack of communication on their part. Especially since it's now Friday and the vehicle is still on their website!
