        Wow. I have seen and heard a lot of bad customer service, but this was by far the worst. I have no idea how this business is still open. I could go down to a local deli full of Italian Mafia members and be spoken to better than what I just experienced on the phone. This dude defiantly wins rudest person of the century award. Answered the phone and I asked about a taxi service "No, sorry, don't call again." -GREAT customer service, exactly how you get and keep clients.
