Have been going to Koser Jewelers for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Prices are great, staff is friendly and gracious, repairs are always done quickly and at a good price. Randy and the whole staff are excellent. My wife needed her engagement set sized and she felt the engagement ring was a little loose, Randy had his on site jeweler resize it to fit fit perfectly. What a classy place.

The sales associate (I forgot his name) was very helpful and friendly in the process of getting my ring resized. His was quick and efficient as well while still being friendly. His advice on what size I should use was spot on. It took only 6 days for them to resize the ring, and the price was very reasonable! I expected it to be much more expensive! The ring fit perfectly and looked new as well. I would definitely use them again.
