After a horrific experience with attempting to purchase a vehicle from Carvana, (four delivery date reschedules with no end in sight and abysmal customer service) I decided to begin searching for the same make and model SUV at local dealerships. I found the same SUV available at Wissler Motors. I submitted a request on their website and received a call from Yuri within five minutes and had an appointment set up for the following morning. Yuri made the entire process painless and had me in and out of the dealership with my new car in a little over two hours! There was no wheeling and dealing and trying to talk me into more expensive cars or shady tactics. There was an unforeseen issue with one of the key fobs not working correctly and Yuri remedied it within 48 hours. He arranged for a mobile locksmith to come to my work and program a new key fob on the spot in ten minutes. The only thing I had to do was walk outside and meet the locksmith. I highly recommend Wissler Motors to anyone who is hesitant about buying a car or dislikes the car buying process (like me). It can be daunting but they are completely transparent and personable. Did not diagnose problem , charged 127$ for essentially a car wash! Reached out on follow up did not get back with me.
