        We had an issue and we were past our one year mark. I contacted Sue at Garman Builders, and to our surprise they scheduled a technician to assess the issue. Greg did a full inspection and located the problem, and immediately fix the problem. Garmans field technician couldnt be more professional, courteous and on time for your scheduled appointments. Thank you
