Dr. Mark Berman

I have been working with Dr. Berman for over 5 years and he has been instrumental in my mental health and wellness journey. Dr. B is a lifelong practitioner of mindfulness and meditative techniques and has been really helpful and motivating as I began those practices myself. He takes a holistic approach to his work, taking into consideration the mind and body, which has been extremely helpful in therapy. I would recommend Dr. B to any friends or family, and accredit my health and success to our work together!

DR.Berman has truly been the best Doctor that I have ever had.He has help me through the loss of both my father& brother as well as everyday life I am so very grateful for him.Before meeting Dr.Berman I always felt like I was just another number in the doctor's seat wich always kept me discouraged.I found Doctor Berman and have had a new zest for life since.He is the best!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Berman's for a little over two years now. Great listener who doesn't just help me untangle my issues, but helps me learn to untangle them myself. Knowledgeable in both traditional and nontraditional methods. I'm prescribed medication through a psychiatrist, he understands how they work and how to utilize them properly. At the same time, he's taught me meditation techniques and a deeper understanding of how my mind works and why. Highly recommended.

I've been seeing Dr. Berman for about ten months, and what I can say, is he is a truly caring and excellent therapists. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for either traditional, or newer techniques for help with their problems.
