I give five stars for your technician who is courteous and knowledgeable. I give one star to your reminders as you do not give me the time of the appointment until the morning of the appointment. This meant I lost a whole day of things I had to do.

I have a very good friend who unfortunately has been in a wheelchair much of his life. I am also now wheelchair bound. my friend hazard extreme difficulty with this particular store who seem to never be able to get the parts in 4 attempts or if they get the wrong parts the delay the repairs. they do not communicate with the customer. if you called they put you on hold forever. having once upon a time been a manager of a customer care service in a corporation, my friend asked for my help. I contacted the headquarters, they were sympathetic to his plight during our phone conversations supposedly they had the regional manager look into this Stars poor behavior. once again the store has come out with the same comment that they have the wrong parts or can't get the right parts or ordered the wrong parts it's the same story over and over. if you need a wheelchair do not buy from numotion. if you have any problems which is common in the wheelchair world this particular store will not help you even after being reprimanded by the corporate office. fortunately the doctor who got me my wheelchair give me a list of reputable companies Numption.was not on the list as it's nationwide customer service trouble once they get their initial money.Thats why they deliver quickly to bill Medicare. they also may be taking advantage of those who may not need a part but are told so .It's like dealing with a used car lot, or a door to door vacuum company,or a terrible phone provider.worde yet a shady hot tub company.Get the sale,deliver fast,collect from the medicare immediately....then .. bad service ,horrible communication,lie after lie after lie.This company should be nicknamed NO,- MOTION. Poor oversight by the too large corporate entity.AEA a division of a worldwide corporation taking advantage of the elderly and handicapped.There are some misspellings due to my old hands.I would have to rewrite this entire post as it doesn't let you edit one word.

The experience I had with John the technician was excellent. He was so polite and took the wheelchair outside cause it needed a lot of parts changed change, John brought it back in. He also told me he is from out of state he doesnt understand a lot of what goes on PA but I had to laugh here I said thats why youre so good Anyway I loved John attitude, Hope to see him again.
