Shutters were made of poor quality and began to deteriorate after 30 days. No refund. Replaced with another company.

Timberlane has the best customer service--very responsive and helpful. Nick, the representative who helped me, was quick to respond and provided great guidance. The resulting custom shutters arrive very timely and were exactly what I wanted. They really worked with me to ensure the design met my specifications. End product is fabulous and will look so good on my 1950 home.

I have dealt with a lot of companies over the years, and all I can say is Timberlane Shutters is definitely one of the best I have done business with. Exceptional quality, customer service is second to none. I am very pleased with my new Bermuda (replacement of old) shutters in Country Red.....the difference in picture color is sunny vs. shade.

My husband and I had Timberlane shutters installed on September 13, 2020. They seem very well built and we truly appreciate the beautiful workmanship behind them. Regarding measuring and installation Jim VanCamp, owner of Cornerstone Custom Shutter Installations was recommended to us by Timberlane. Jim consulted us through the entire process from choosing shutter material | style | hardware | paint color selection etc. all while considering the history and style of our home. Jim measured and installed our shutters in the most professional and friendly way. He and his team were great. Jim is located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania and has a wide service area.
