Jon Lodovico whose business card states owner came to my house today. I waited 2 weeks for the appointment. I had previously received 2 other estimates in which both men were at my house at least a half an hour each. Both had many samples and suggested different shades of the vertical blind I wanted installed. They both thoroughly explained the cost and both emailed me itemized estimates immediately. Jon was at my house for 5 minutes having to go back to his car to get the samples. Put the one book down and said here look thru this. The samples are approx 3 inches by one inch. He said I could order samples larger on line. He asked nothing. Never asked did I want a side or middle opening or what side I wanted the rod on. Never said anything about the top, if I wanted a valance or not. He wrote the price on his business card which I immediately ripped up as soon as he walked out the door.
I'm going with another person who is $75 more but is way more knowledgeable and professional. The guy today is an owner???? Hd sure is not a salesman. Oh the price he wrote states +tax. Couldn't add and give me a total? No breakdown??? WOW!!! Very poor representative of "his" company. I wish I could give no stars!
