Jack's Tuxedo & Tailoring

If "zero stars" was an option, that's what I would give Jack's Tuxedo shop. We rented a tux for my son, who was asked to be a ring bearer in a friend's wedding. Because the shop was far from where we lived, I asked a fellow bridesmaid to return it for us after the wedding. Unfortunately, she (along with a number of people in the bridal party) became severely ill with COVID immediately following the wedding. The wedding was on a Saturday; by the following Tuesday, my husband was already being accosted by the guy at the tux shop (Jack?) asking why the suit hadn't been returned yet. His tone was extremely rude and aggressive, threatening to charge us the full price of the rental, even after my husband explained the unfortunate situation with COVID and assured him that we would return the suit as soon as we could. When my friend felt well enough to get to the store, she got an earful from the same guy at the shop, who also charged a hefty $100 for a child's suit that I'm quite certain was not flying off the shelf. I will never, ever rent from this shop again.

Without a doubt, the best tuxedo place I have ever been to and worked with. Came in to pick up from out of town. Got there way to early but needed to be at the wedding area early so he came in and opened up shop an hour early to help me out. I gave my measurements over the phone. Without looking at me, the owner said my inseam was wrong. He was right! I didnt even notice. The suit I picked up for perfectly. Owner is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.

My now husband and my whole wedding party went here to get measured for the wedding. They couldn't tuck in their shirts, a couple of them couldn't even move their arms up fully with the jackets on. The groom (My now husband) was so uncomfortable the whole time and my father in law couldn't even wear his suit! He only wore the vest and wore one of his work suits. For the price we paid we could have bought suits that were brand new. My father even told them while being measured that it was off and they still gave him the wrong pants not the others that were better fit to him.

I went and got measured for my tux and when i had to wear it it was wrong. 1. The shirt was to short i could just barely tuck it in. 2. The jacket was not big enough to go around my stomach. 3. I was not able to move my arms above my head because the shirt would not let me. 4. Out of 8 people in the party that needed a tux only 3 said it was ok. 5. 1 person could not even wear his tux that's how bad it fit.
