Recently purchased a used BMW at A&L Motors in Monroeville, PA. Ross was great at helping with our test drive and technical questions! Bobby helped us with the deal and made the paperwork an easy process. Overall, we had a good experience and Id recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Service Consultant Elita did a fine job amongst a few glitches. My appt for rear brake pads was complicated by the fact no pads to fit my 330 were on hand, and I had elected to stay and wait for the car to be ready . Instead, she set me up with a last minute loaner, which worked out well for my needs and plans. Also, turned out the tech suggested that the fronts needed to be replaced as well. So I picked up the car next day, no big inconvenience, and probably saved me the trouble of another visit in a short timeframe for fronts. A bit concerning that something as routine as brake pads for a common model were not in stock when I had made the appointment, a few days ahead, for that specific task. Logistics/nobody double checks parts supply ahead of appointments?? Thank you. Geoff Herald

My personal experience at A&L BMW has been exceptional. I live approximately 32 miles from the dealership and although it is a greater distance from my home than other dealerships, I believe the longer drive is well worth it. I couldnt ask anything more from the people who worked with me, Nathan Paul, the General Manager, Brandon Repovz, Retail Business Manager, John Mizik, Product Knowledge Specialist and Maura Bolger who is also a Product Knowledge Specialist. They all made a sometimes excruciating experience of buying a car easier in a relaxed, no pressure environment. Maura Bolger answered all of my questions regarding the technology of my car, which can be overwhelming today, in a manner which somehow made it all much easier than I thought it could be.
