My mom was there for 2 years the first manager stole 2000 off me then I went up there this sat 1/11/2020 no hot water mother fell cut her nose they didn’t even contact me her daughter nor did they take her to er I hate them manager Elain is worse that the first manager place is horrible no staff no nothing I don’t want to give them a star at all

Very horrible facility. Not sure how they are in business. Walked right in and out the front door. Took my friend right out the front door without any one asking who I was or for my I'd I wish i could rate this place in negative stars.

We walked right in because there was nobody at the front reception desk. None of the doors were locked and there was no extra security added to prevent patients from leaving the premises (nobody was even guarding the door). We walked the entire length of the facility and did not see a single worker. Finally got to grandma's room, who explained that she overheard three of the nurses called off that day, so there was only one nurse for all 50-some patients. Place does not smell the best and rooms do not appear to be cleaned daily. Overall, the one nurse we met was nice, and they seem to be trying their best...
