No maintenance person, places need LOTS of work, nothing gets done. New Manager Sarah Is mean nasty talks down to people. Terrible manager. Nothing gets repaired and it needs alot Don't recomend it to anyone unless your desprate.

I BEEN LIVING HERE GOING ON 7YRS AND I LOVE IT HERE. PAM HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY RESPECTFUL AND DOES HER BEST TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I MAY HAVE. NOW PARK TERRACE EAST IS A WHOLE OTHER BALL.GAME. MY SON LIVED THERE AND HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE HIM AND HIS FAMILY WAS ALWAYS BEING PICKED ON BY ON OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS THAT THINKS SHE OWENS THE PLACE. DONT WANt to get into it . Now the new young woman that is in the office now her name is Sarah is a whole other ball game.

This is a subsidized housing facility. The wait time ranges from 2-5 years. The staff I dealt with is not very knowledgeable so I am sure the process couldve gone smoother otherwise.

Absolutely horrible. It's basically the projects now. The old apartment manager was sometimes rude but she at least didn't let ghetto disruptive people run amok. Good luck if you have any dangerous or disruptive neighbors, you're on your own, they don't care however many times you complain. Apartments themselves are falling apart, moldy, parts of ceiling falling apart, plumbing is terrible, paper thin walls, way overpriced for lack of quality, they'll probably be condemned in a decade or so. If you're unemployed, a trouble maker, and all around inconsiderate drug-addled trash, this is the place for you. If you're a decent hardworking person, avoid this place like the plague. (Pictures of some of the mold and ceiling cracks attached, and that's barely the tip of the iceberg. When they do their annual inspection they'll be sure to document asinine things like you left a bag of chips on your kitchen table or a part of your kitchen floor is sticky. And they may document that there's mold and decay, but that's it, they'll never do anything about it.)
