        I will start out by saying that I have not used this buisness and after today I would not use it or recommend it. Today a friend of mine got a flat tire and happened to pull in to Murray's lot. She was trying to change her flat but could not get the lug nuts to break. She tried a half hour before calling me to see if I could help. I was 45 min away and was just leaving work, so I told her that I would swing by and help if she still needed it. So in all she was struggling to break the lug nuts free for 1 hour and 15 min. During this time the person we suppose was the owner came out multiple times and could see she was obviously struggling and did NOT offer any help, didn't even say "hey we can help you with that for a small fee". Instead he just said multiple times "That car can't stay on my lot over night". To me that shows that there isn't an ounce of care in that buisness.
