        My husband waited in their waiting room for an hour and a half before telling them that he had to leave and couldn't wait any longer. Not once did anyone let him know how much longer the wait would be or apologize for the inconvenience. And yes, he was checked in, they knew he was there and they also knew when he left because the receptionist smirked at him on his way out. Not only do they have no respect for people's time but they actually had the audacity to send a $50 bill for "canceling" the appointment! Steer clear!
