Ordered what we wanted, was told they were out of everything we wanted. Ordered our 4th choice. Not going back. Employees were smoking weed in the building when we arrived. Does not accept electronic payment as well. Disappointed and disgusted.

Their website specifically says they're open. This is the first opportunity in literally 8 months due to health reasons that I've had to order decent food and low and behold.... They're closed.

Big shot bobs has the best wing sauces! But they need to go with kens steak house for the blue cheese. $1 for celery, it is what it is I guess 🤷

Should be called home of the way too dry over cooked meats.. I am a first time customer and placed my order today, spent a decent amount "above 70 dollars and tipped well" and was highly disappointed. The midland locations phone was not in working order for several hours and we had to call another branch to see what was going on. That issue was fixed but the other issues were irredeemable. The best part of the meal we had delivered were the sodas. The staff I spoke to was friendly but unfortunately good human service skills isn't specifically useful when the food was dry, under seasoned and literally had no taste. I hope they can offer better to others in the future.
