Al showed up to take two trees down. We paid him for that, and the removal of the stumps. Well, he took off after taking the trees down (and damaging shrubs) saying he would do the stumps when he was in the area with the equipment. He never came back. He wont return phone calls. It has been almost a YEAR. Services: Tree removal, Tree trimming & pruning

Al and his crew came and removed two huge trees and a few smaller trees from my property (2020). As well as, stump removal and trimmed up a huge silver maple (2021)! The driveway tree was cut down, removed and cleaned up in 4 hours and the others in the backyard 8 hours tops! Jobs were well done! (2022) Al just finished up another job this week, a dry-well system in my backyard! I asked him if he was interested in trenching out my backyard to alleviate the swamp I have every Spring. He said he was up for the challenge, did his research and came back with a recommendation for the dry-well system. He installed 3 wells, which was quite the undertaking! In addition, he was hired by the neighbor to install one in their yard as well! Due to extreme hot weather, an equipment failure and other jobs he had going on, it took a little longer than expected (but I do understand, unpredictable situations do occur in this line of work). Also, Al communicated very well to let me know what was going on daily! He is very conscientious and communicated that he wanted to get it done right and he did! He does not nickel and dime you, affordable, did not ask for payment upfront for tree's, stump removal is a separate charge, but I did give 25% upfront for the dry-well system (which was not a problem). We paid in advance for tree removal and stump grinding. He left after removing the trees (damaging our property in the process) and never came back to remove the stumps. Almost a year later we have been calling and calling, getting a complete run around they HAVE returned on of our many calls.

if i could give less stars I would . the "boss" allen is always hungover from what I've seen . only worked on site for a few hours a day definitely not 8 hours . left quite the mess . made numerous excuses as to why job was drug out so long . poor response time . and on a side note "angry al's" is a great name for the owner / boss Service: Tree removal
