        We had them come out for mold testing and they did a wonderful job. Called 6 months later with some questions, and he was very helpful.

        If you are looking for a home inspection in the Selinsgrove area I would recommend looking at a different company than All Inspect. While the owner and his son are very nice people they missed a number of things that ended up costing several thousand dollars. First they missed mold that was in the hvac system, due to the health concerns we are having the entire unit replaced at a cost of 6500 dollars. They missed the rotted out railing on the front porch that was blocked by some shrubs that they didn't care to look around at. Lastly they didn't inspect the shed on the property which needs to be re-shingled. You hire a home inspector to find these problems for you so that you can negotiate with the seller prior to finalizing your offer for purchase. They are working for the home buyer and in this case failed to deliver the service they offer.
