I had a terrific experience here! I needed a trailer hitch and harness installed quickly on my Mazda CX5, and all the dealerships were extremely backed up. The mechanic I typically go to was similarly unavailable, so I found Al & Harry's, and I'm really glad I did. First of all, they squeezed me in in just a few days. Second, the job turned out to be a lot trickier than expected, and they still got it done the same day. And third, they needed to cut part of the bumper to install the part, which I knew about in advance, but instead of just smoothing out where they made the cut, they actually added some custom made trim, so it looks like it came from the factory like that! I would be happy to bring my business here again.

called to ask a question and the man refused to answer my question and then hung up on me without answering. would not recommend calling for information as they were not helpful at all.

I walked in and kindly asked if theres a bathroom that I can use and if I can park my car in their lot for a few hours and hang out, whomever I spoke to was very nice and said theres a bathroom around the side and that because I asked hes fine with me Parking in his lot I took out my wallet to leave some cash to show my appreciation. He refused to take the money. He said thats totally fine. I really appreciate the kindness of this place. I got very kind and honest vibes
