Was charged $129 and told I needed a new water heater on 10/10/23. I called on 10/20/23 and asked to have the quote I payed $129 for emailed to me as I had not received one during the past 10 days. I got a voicemail mail that day saying it will be 2K- let us know if you want it ordered. I called back on 10/23/23 and asked again for a written quote. As of 10/24/23 they have failed to provide one. Out of curiosity I called another company this morning. They were here in 15 minutes and replaced the thermostat for $100, and now I have hot water again. We also decided I needed a Mitsubishi heating/cooling system, so they are installing that next week. I hope this review helps other people. Get a second estimate- especially if these guys are your first. EDIT, 2/9/24. My bank reviewed the charges and decided that Dipaola was indeed guilty of failing to provide a written estimate, so they decided to extract it from them for a refund. Melissa (receptionist, idk??) called me and let me know she would be refunding my $129. She then informed me that the $129 was for a service call and that this gets charged if repairs are provided or not. This demonstrates a fundamental lack of understanding. I was never arguing about paying for the service call. I simply wanted a written quote in a timely matter. This leads me to believe that her last name is Dipaola. I cant imagine continuing to employ her otherwise. C you next Tuesday, Melissa.

Employees are very friendly and take time to answer all my questions and I usually have a lot! Will use them again.

Could not be more satisfied of Dipaolas prompt service and there excellent technician Corey who came out and diagnosed and repaired the issue with my furnace in such a timely manner. Highly recommend!
