Ordered 10 mild and 10 hot wings. Received : 9 mild 6 hot wings. :/ called to complain and they told me that they were sorry but their wings are prepackaged. They then sent me out a pizza to makeup for the loss. It was a SMALL pizza. I'm sorry, I just waited for my order, it was wrong, now cold, and I'm worth a small plain pizza. :/ womp womp. Pizza did taste good but my 15 wings (all drumsticks) tasted pretty bad. Thankfully they put extra hot sauce in the container. Never going to order from here again.

The food is usually really good, but the wings tonite reminded me of the Griswolds Christmas turkey.

I wish they had trained cooks...Majority of the time.pizza and fries are always so overcooked, burnt, very hard for my little boy to chew and enjoy and I dont particularly enjoy burnt pizza crust. way too overpriced for the poor quality of food you get.

Alas, we have only ever ordered delivery, so I'll give the benefit of the doubt on decor. The thin crust pizzas are high quality and impressed even picky New Yorkers. Standard pepperoni was a little sparse. A white pizza with spinach and feta was fantastically good. Our order came on time and the driver was patient, pleasant, and polite.

I called tonight to order a gluten free pizza. I had misinformation that they served gluten free, but when I ordered my gluten free pizza and asked questions about if the wings were gluten free the woman taking the call answered the questions and assured me they were. I got home with my pizza, and could immediately see that it was not gluten free (as they tend to be more of a flat crust). My family had specifically order at this establishment so I could also enjoy some pizza. I called them back to verify if the pizza was gluten free as the receipt did not specify. The owner ended up coming on the phone and stated that it wasn't on their menu and that he was frustrated. I apologized for the misinformation but stated that his employees need to be knowledgable about these things and not continue the misconceptions when people are ordering and asking for allergy related items. He said he would give the money back, which was gracious of him and I assumed it would end there. However, about 15 minutes later he called back, hoping to keep me as a customer, and continued to blame me for the misinformation. I again stated, that yes, I had misinformation, but the employee taking my order should have mentioned that they do not offer the selection I was asking for. He then told me, "Good luck in life, because you are going to fail." and hung up. I have never been so disrespected by a store owner in my entire life. I can understand being frustrated at a patron, but having worked in public service, and the food industry, for years I would be fired for speaking to people the way I was spoken to tonight. Please rethink ordering from here. My family stated that their 'normal' pizza wasn't worth the trip, but after the service. He's lost our business.
