        I am suprised with the negative reviews. First off this branch has very convenient location with lots of parking. When I visited, I dealt with an awesome staff today. I needed help with my check, and the staff went above and beyond for getting my issue resolved. Much appreciated!

        I stopped in today to open an account, and I had the simple request of using the restroom first, since they said opening an account takes about 40 minutes. They told me I would have to leave to use the restroom then come back because they dont have a public restroom. I left and went to Bank of America down the street. As soon as I said Id like to open an account, but I have to use the restroom first, Janet, without hesitation, walked me kindly to the staff restroom. I knew Bank of America then was the bank that deserved my business, and I opened an account there.
