Suzanne is the ultimate professional. She is flexible in her approach, which was something important to me. I have definite ideas about what I like but needed her artistic "take" to feel comfortable executing my plan--she was honest about what she felt would work and what she felt we needed to "tweak". Suzanne worked within our budget and showed us ways we could spend less or spend more (for a different outcome--sometimes very worth the small additional cost!). She was hands-on, managing the smallest details with the contractors. She made sure that things were done correctly and on schedule....if any problems, she would contact the contractor or manufacturer immediately to correct it. Additionally, she has such a gracious manner, that the contractors loved her approach (and certainly appreciated her ability to manage a project to the highest level of expectations!). Without Suzanne, I could never have finished my bathroom project with this excellent result...., I put my total trust in her abilities after I learned what a perfectionist she was.....She is certainly one of the best!!!

I have hired Suzanne on two occasions. Once in 2009 when I purchase a lake house in Sparta NJ and a second time when I purchased a home in Warren, NJ with my wife last year in Warren NJ. Suzanne was very helpful when it came to selecting colors that matched the furniture as well as selecting rugs, accent furniture, lamps etc. She had a variety of suppliers and vendors at her disposal which served us well. Suzanne acted as a general contractor coordinating the various contractors, scheduling times and making sure the work was done to her exacting standards. She was a life saver, could not have renovated my Sparta house with out her.

I have worked with Suzanne Fletcher both when I lived in Morristown, New Jersey and then, again, when I relocated to Hamburg, New York (suburb of Buffalo). Suzanne is professional, and friendly. She has wonderful ideas, but works with your ideas as well. When I was in New Jersey, Suzanne’s business was there, so she was able to come to my home, take measurements, etc. However, when I moved to Hamburg, she was able to work with me by my sending her pictures and measurements of the entire inside of my home, telephone calls and texts. She has tremendous patience, works with your ideas, and has great suggestions. She pulled my house together helping with hardwood flooring, ceramic tiles, backsplash for the kitchen, paint colors, and accent pieces, making my home warm and inviting. I highly recommend Suzanne for all of your household decorating ideas.
