        Absolutely avoid Culligan (at least in Mechanicsburg). I thought they were a reputable brand name and was shocked by our experience!I want to give more than 1 star because the service team member was seemed knowledgeable and was polite. Unfortunately they didn't fix the issue and actually things got worse after their "fix" -- but still not why I'm giving one star.After service, we were surprised by over $100 in hidden costs. When calling to speak someone about the unexpected charges I spoke with a manager (Kendra -- who in this situation is more of a "Karen"). Not only was she completely rude from minute one (even down to her greeting) but she escalated the situation by saying and trying to blame us for not expecting hidden costs.

        Quick and easy water test! We tested for Lead in our new home. Results came back in less time than we were quoted! Wonderful experience and the tech was awesome and very friendly!
