From start to finish, working with Angela has been an absolute joy! From our very first screening call, Angela has always been kind, and empathetic and has the amazing gift of being able to see the "bigger picture". When it comes to getting to know the candidates she's working with, Angela goes above and beyond. During the two months of she and I working together, Angela advocated for me in a way that I don't think I've ever had. She's more than just a recruiter working to fill a role, while yes, that is her job, she has this natural gift of encouraging you and hearing you out. Angela saw my abilities, the things that may not come across at first glance of my resume, and she did all that she could to get others to see them as well. Before during and after each interview I had, Angela ensured that I was well prepared, she extended resources and links to the company's site for me to "do my homework", so that each time I met with the company I felt like I was going in knowing what I was talking about, it made forming connections with each person, a lot easier.
I was extended an offer and while I know Angela will say it was all me, she too helped me! She gave me the confidence I needed and the reassurance I didn't know I needed. I will be leaving an industry I have been in for over 13+ years and entering into a field and role that I have wanted to get into for some time.
Angela is amazing and deserves all of her things, flowers, and then some.
