    Very clean, organized. The staff is very friendly and knowledge. Seems like a team atmosphere. Had a very productive and wonderful experience.

    In February my grandpa needed urgent surgery for a serious spinal abscess. This was a hard time for him because he is a very holistic and strong man. He was informed that he needed rehab and IV antibiotics for 6 weeks postop. He chose Vibralife partly because I am an RN there. He was very pleased with the therapy group who gave him occupational and physical therapy. He was also impressed with the nursing staff who cared for him 24 hours a day. He was able to gain his strength back to first stand, then walk with a walker and eventually walk with a cane. He was able to go home this past Sunday to his wife. Having to go to rehab for weeks is hard enough but he made friends and was able to feel comfortable at Vibra while he was here. The care he received while here was exceptional and I'm glad that he went to a place that didn't stick him in a room and forget about him. I'm glad the staff encouraged him to be independent while also making sure he was safe. Thank you to the staff of Vibra life for all that you do! Such a great team to have taking care of a loved one, as well as a great team to work with.

    My mother was transferred here from the hospital In November. This was our first experience with a rehab. No medications for over 24 hours. I would visit every day and ask for the clinician to call me with an update. She was there for 3 weeks and I never once received a call. I am a physician and am aware that plan of care should be explained to the family. Some of the staff was very angry, most had no empathy. Some nights, her and her roommate would be screaming to get someone in the room. They wouldnt answer the call bell. They literally turned a blind eye when she was crying out in pain. Seriously, just kept walking by her room. She was impacted. I had to get an ambulance in there to take her to the hospital. They refused to call the doctor and of course had no orders to give her anything. I filled out paperwork to file a grievance against them. No one ever called me. Most of the staff there should not be in that line of work. Please, do not send your family member here. I have never been so shocked to see such a lack of compassion in the medical field. I am a pediatrician and if any of our employees ever treated a patient the way my mom was treated, they would be immediately let go. I would also make sure they were not able to get employed in the field again..
