I went to see if I could make an appointment. but the receptionist was the rudest person I have ever seen in my life. I honestly should consider training her employees. I'm never coming back. and I do not recommend that you visit it.

Horrible service; the receptionist seriously needs to be retrained on how to treat people. That being said, if you're looking to be treated with respect, please DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Find a place where people are treated equally and with respect.

Through many decades of service, since Dr. Red fixed a botched root canal to my most recent dental implant, I have received impeccable work from everyone at this office. Dr. Geister has remedied all my issues resulting from childhood neglect and the hygienists have kept things right while always being cordial and cheerful. My wife has had similar experiences with the same doctors and staff throughout this long period. More recently having specialized work by Dr. Frey that she is most grateful for. Our family members have recently come to this practice and are similarly grateful for their service. Thanks so much to all at Dental Health of Silver Springs!!!

The front office very rude. I gave all my insurance info when I called in. She asked for my insurance card turned it back and forth groaning and said this doesnt say dental. I told her but its through same company and has same number. Just rude and when I asked for my card back she said no Im doing my job and walked over to other side and said shes trying to use medical card I walked over asked for my card for the fourth time. Finally it was given back to me and I left. To never return.

Ive been going here for a few years now. I am extremely sensitive to needles and numbing. Im about as difficult as a dental patient gets. Dr. Geister and all of the employees make sure Im as comfortable as possible. Nicest dentist Ive attended. Above and beyond.
