I can't speak more highly of the professional work habits, knowledge, and honesty that Joe provides. Scientific Air was 1 of 6 companies that I consulted with on the addition and installation of a 5-Zone Mini-Split HVAC System in my 1890s ductless home. Joe spent the time to discuss my wants and needs along with the various options to install the most efficient and hopefully trouble-free system more than any of the other companies. The layout of my home certainly made this install a challenge, but after a week-long install the outcome couldn't have been better. Unlike all of the other companies I spoke with, Joe is not tied to any one specific brand of equipment or trying to push the hard sell for upgrades. He is knowledgeable of all brands and will discuss the pros and cons of each, make his recommendations, and allow you to decide which unit(s) are best for your home. Joseph installed a Trane system in my house about ten years ago.  He was a pleasure to work with, precise, fair in price I thought, and I'll never forget he showed up in a collared shirt.  Classy, professional guy for sure.  I will use him again when that unit need replacing eventually.

Had a problem with my air on a Friday and called Joe the next morning... He fit me right in and serviced my unit in a few hours. Reasonable price, good honest and straight forward diagnostics! Highly recommend this company !
