I stopped at Studio Ten today to inquire about options for replacing/repairing my wedding album since the front and back covers had stuck to the original box it came in 30+ years ago and became damaged (sticky). Although the owners no longer photographed weddings or had replacement albums, they immediately were eager to help me and went online to find a company that could perform such a task. The husband and wife team were so accommodating, spent several minutes with me, and couldnt be nicerall the while knowing I was not a prospective customer. They found a company where I am able to send the cover for repair and showed me how to remove the pages before doing so. Its very rare to find exceptional customer service today, but thats exactly what I experienced at Studio Ten. Thank you very much!
