Torrey Witt studio did my daughters dance pictures and dance book. Not only was her page, that cost $200, NOT in the dance book, neither were her "something nice" comments from her family and friends. There were 3 1/2 other pages missing as well. Torrey's response was to hang up on my husband not once but twice, when asked how he was going to rectify the situation. He did refund the money we spent on her page and printed us an insert for her book. But that is not the point in having her page in the book. It's to show everyone else her pictures. I also ordered almost $200 in pictures and they have the logo at the bottom. This is the most unorganized, unprofessional business I have ever seen. If you want a professional find a different studio. No one ever even apologized to us or the owners of the dance studio.

I received a rude message from this photographer just after 7AM one morning, informing me if I didn't return the call by noon, he wouldn't put my daughter's name on her" memory mate" with her dance class. I promptly returned his call and when I very politely voiced my concerns, he screamed at me to, "Just stop! Stop! Just shut up!" Literally screamed at me on the phone. This was after the studio charged myself and another customer different prices for the same product at the same dance studio and refused to let me see the two group pictures my daughter was in. Customer service is desperately lacking. Fortunately, her pictures and memory mates ended up being done correctly, though I could have done without the company's logo being on every single print (very tacky in my opinion).
