John is a rare find these days. A person who truly cares about the problem you have - we called John because we had a blockage and our toilet backed up into the house. After two plumbers refused to go into the house to snake it and told us our pipes were really bad and in need of repair - we called John. John personally called a fellow specialist (Jaco with Pipeshield) who came out to our home within 1/2 hour. Jaco completely fixed our problem and we don't need new pipes. John did this out of the generosity of his heart. He spent time on the phone with us and referred us to another fantastic person who got the job done!! What a trustworthy and kind hearted man - I look forward to ever needing his services in the future knowing with confidence the job will be done professionally, competently and with personal care!!
