Melmark Charlotte has been nothing but amazing in my daughters life shes made a 360 turn since joining Melmark I have nothing but good things to say about their staff before seeking help at Melmark we felt helpless at least have hope for my daughters future.

I did an Instacart Order here and it was a terrible experience. They gave no instructions on where to deliver or where it even was. The Gps took me to the a field, so I drove around for 20 minutes wasting my gas looking for it. I finally found it, and after calling two people, they told me they didnt want the order. When this happens, you can keep or donate the food, but Instacart doesnt pay you the tip, which takes the payment down drastically. So Melmark, you wasted my time for two hours, wasted my gas, and I was left with $20. I dont know anything about this school, but I glad that I can leave a review so I can let you know that whoever does your Instacart ordering is ignorant and unprofessional. You really should stop ordering from Instacart if you dont know how to use the app.
