I was in need of a new washing machine with Thanksgiving weekend looming in a few days. I tried the "big box" stores and was told that it would take over a week for delivery, which wasn't an option. Hence I went to Queen, where I was greeted with fantastic service and selection, and they were able to get the new machine delivered to the store for pickup the very next day! Best part - they had better pricing! Better Price, Better Service, Better Selection. Go here first and save yourself the stress and run around - you won't be disappointed!

Queen Appliance is awesome. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I have walked in several times and bought an item within 10 minutes. Their delivery is great as well.

Terrible experience with them. Please be careful with this company. In short, I was sold a refrigerator and it kept freezing food. Called at least 7 times with very little costumer support. They were not helpful at all, unfortunately. They eventually decided to give us a refund for the fridge but charged us our delivery and pick up which is over $100. I tried explaining I was sold a broken piece of equipment but ended up paying movers two days worth of work so I should be refunded in full but that wasn't the case. Basically wasted time and money I will never get back and was left with a massive headache. Please go shopping at a credible place. Very unhelpful salesman name was Ian and the store owner Connie seemed very bothered to do her job. Just be careful... And maybe think about spending the extra $100 - $200 elsewhere.
