        Dr. Abdelaal is fantastic and really cares about his patients as with O'Connor. However the non-medical staff are infuriating. My time sensitive prescriptions have been sent to the wrong pharmacy 5 times in a row now. I call to get it switched and they will send one to the right pharmacy and the other to a different wrong pharmacy. Trying to call and talk to a human is near impossible. Just press the option that says you are a medical provider if you want a human on the line. I seriously dont understand how a doctors office can have such little understanding on how to take care of people. I would switch immediately if it wasnt for Dr. Abdelaal.
