Grassroots Lawn Care

I wanted to schedule service but they won’t return calls. Their message service seems inadequate as I have called three times and they have trouble taking my information. I suspect it’s not getting relayed to the service owner.

I contracted with Kenny and Grassroots Lawncare to install a waterproofing system outside of our townhouse. Part of the work required the system to be installed under the existing sidewalk leading into our house. A few months after the work was completed, we noticed the sidewalk started to settle where they dug underneath. After nine months of being ensured by Kenny that they would take care of it and dozens of text messages and emails going unanswered, I went to court for relief. We received a judgement against Kenny and Grassroots Lawncare. Fast forward two months, we have not received the settlement check and Kenny is no longer responding to text or email messages.

Worst landscaper I've ever experienced horrible workmanship. A totally unprofessional businessman, with no pride in his work....... but great, at making excuses!! I'd give him a zero on here if possible.

Okay, the project We had done was of a drainage issue. Water pooling in one area of our backyard. Very pesky and annoying, unable to use and enjoy until large area dries. Grassroots was our third estimate and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Our backyard was very difficult throwing curveballs and whatnot, but the team stayed committed to solving our issue and came through for us, highly recommend for all landscaping needs.
