Safeway Pest Control

John has been my "pest guy" for years. He reminds me of Bill Murray on his hands and knees hunting down the source of my recent ant problem. He got it fixed. I would not go elsewhere for pest problems. The fact that folks get unreasonable in their expectations of "vendors" during a pandemic, soaring temperatures, is unfortunate indeed. I'd like to give John 6 stars but this only goes to five.

I am a licensed Realtor in PA and NJ. I have never dealt with a less reliable vendor. Did not show up when he said, did not pick up on date promised in email. He caused deadlines to be missed and got extremely nasty when I called to have canisters picked up. Was supposed to drop on Friday, then Sunday, then he did finally MOnday, was supposed to pick up Wed. Claims he is picking up Thurs. These tests take 48 hrs. I have had to have my house in closed house conditions since Friday. Absolutely horrid. I want to give negative stars.

John was great! Very responsive. He was able to accommodate a consultation the day I called. His expertise was top notch. He was personable and professional and took the time to explain details regarding WDI. I would heartily recommend to everyone!
