        Visited today for the first time in years. The woman behind the counter did not acknowledge my presence. I ordered an iced spiced chai latte and the woman did not know how to make it. I ordered a salad with chicken and the chicken was dry, overcooked and inedible. I also wasn't asked what kind of dressing I would like and received something with horseradish in it and I do not like horseradish. Upon leaving the woman didn't say goodbye and was distracted by other friends she knew. Not a pleasant experience, I feel I wasted my money on this place. It's a shame because five years ago this was my favorite coffee shop. I will not be back.
