Tri-County Memorial Gardens

I'm very disappointed with the upkeep of this cemetary. My mother's grave marker has tire tracks across it. The whole place is uneven and rutted up. Debris all over the place. For a woman who loved beautiful places and things her body lies in dump.

Your customer service sucks totally! I have been calling for weeks even months since September and get no answer. Left at least 5 messages and no reply. Had to call Cumberland memorial gardens and they said they will look into it but no response. Still have not heard from anyone.

When my mom was buried here, it was a long a nice row of hedges. Over the years, those were ripped out. The facility looks run down and has for a very long time. I went to my mom's plot yesterday for mother's day just to walk through mud to get to it. You can see where the tracks are when they used a tractor to dig up the area, my mom's headstone was covered in mud and I couldn't even pry up the vase to put flowers in it cause of the mud jammed in it. Why in the world would they have to dig on and around my mom's plot that has been there for 27 years is ludicrous. There used to be a beautiful view, now you see the back of a warehouse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This cemetery is a disgrace. There isn't any type of organization whatsoever. I attempted to visit my grandmother's grave and couldn't locate it at all. I searched every headstone and searched for an hour. I am definitely calling on the next business day to find out what the hell is going on. I am extremely upset and disappointed at this situation!

My Mom has been buried here for over 25 years. When she was buried, it was lovely Now I find, as did a previous reveiwer, the walls leading into the cemettary are dirty. The fountain looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the driveway is not in good shape. I give them a 2 instead of a 1 because the graves are cin good condition. Please show more respect to the deceased and their loved ones.
