        The service itself was outstanding. However, paying over $200 to replace a gasket that took less than 30 minutes is ridiculous. We will be looking for a different company in the future.

        I called J&M for a flood in my basement. Milt came over on time and diagnosed the problem, which fortunately was minor. Everything is back to normal. Milt was kind, friendly and knowledgeable.
