        What happened to this place. Generals chicken was dry and stringy and bourbon chicken was hard and also dry. Will not go back it totally sucks

        Not bad. Rice was cooked perfectly, as was the egg roll (wasn't overcooked). We dinned in and like typical Chinese restaurants, the decor was dated. The seating area was jammed with overstocked supplies. I did witness 99% of the customers were take out. Again, the food was good,,, I would recommend Hing Wah, but takeout only, ;)
