I just saw Dr. Knill for my yearly exam and she was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She took the time to answer my questions and offered solutions to my concerns. I was nervous about seeing another provider after Dr. Cohen's retirement but Dr. Knill was awesome!

So far, some of the most pleasant, compassionate OB/Gyn and related professionals I've dealt with. I am childfree with a complex medical history. They have listened to my reasons and concerns, and rather than blowing me off as so many previous care providers have; they are working with me toward a permanent solution with compassion and empathy.

*This is only a review for Dr Courtney Knill. The rest of the Drs & staff I have met on my pregnancy journey have been wonderful but I'm disappointed with my experience with Dr. Knill. She was my Dr. for the first several appointments/all early testing and told me they all came back normally. Those results were not available in the patient portal because i was told they only upload abnormal results and "no news is good news." Well, today (12 weeks later) I learned from a different Dr that there was a red flag on the results that Dr. Knill made a note of but never followed up on, never ordered a second test and never informed me about. (The test indicated a possible complication that needed to be monitored and further explored.) The Dr. who found the note from Dr. Knill apologized that it took 12 weeks for anyone to tell me. How does that even happen? This is unbelievably sloppy and concerning.

Im an advanced practice nurse working in an operating room during a critical nursing shortage and I call because Im going to be 15 minutes late and when I get there they decide to tell me I wont be seen. Not sure how you run your business but I was late because patients were late and we stayed and did their procedures. Ill be finding another OB/GYN office. This was a show of a complete lack of respect for another healthcare provider in a challenging healthcare environment.

Hannah delivered my baby on September 14th. She was absolutely amazing sadly you cant pick who delivers but luckily she was the one on call. Ive never meant her before which didnt bother me personally. She very warm and doesnt give a cold doctor vibe.
