Service was great. Billing was very unprofessional. Called to explain that they sent my claim to the wrong address (which happens I get it can be confusing), told them I wasn't trying to give a hard time and I am NOT UPSET. Woman on phone insisted that there was no address stating my claim needed to be sent to New Jersey when IN FACT it DOES say it. She told me I'm trying to say she's stupid and I told her I did not say that or mean that and I only wanted claim sent to correct location. I told her I wasn't trying to be unprofessional. She told me it would be fixed and before I could say bye or thank you she hung up on me. Also she cut me off on the phone while talking to someone else about the situation a few times like I was a child and didn't need to be heard. GET A NEW JOB lady if you CANT BE PROFESSIONAL to clients. You are providing a people service. I was IN NO WAY blaming or unprofessional. Insurance claim mistakes happen every day it's no big deal. I was fine with it because i know (and hope) you will now resolve this. Deal with whatever insecurities you have and get help or quit your job!

I came in for a consultation to get 3 teeth extracted and Robert Laski, and staff was very professional and was able not only to evaluate my situation but to do the extraction on the same day.
I only did the local anesthesia so didn't need to be knocked out it wasn't painful as you would think .and was in and out

Absolutely fantastic. I had to have a tooth extracted, no issues & they are all so nice. They also explain everything thoroughly.
