        Had to keep calling or texting him. Took forever to respond. Never sent my file when I requested it. Then neversent it to my new lawyer either. Also my new lawyer had requested my file. Requested by email and a certified letter. Tried to call Mr Garvey with no response. Just one lie after another. Would not recommend.

        Took a custody hearing for someone. Very unprofessional! Dose not return phone calls. Barely spoke to his client. He didn't use any of her evidence she had for the custody hearing. I would not recommend him to anyone!!! So many better attorney's out there that are more professional and confident in what they do.

        Very helpful, friendly goes out of his way to help. Is the type that even if he can't help for any number of reasons, he gives advice on what to do. Not the type of lawyer who is just there to see how much money he can make from you, but one who truly cares about his clients. I would highly recommend him and also would use in future if need be.
