      image Worse insurance provider in the region. These people had my home insured with nationwide and progressive at the same time. Jen couldn't even tell me my rate.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As we discussed on the phone, your home is not and never was doubly insured with two carriers through our agency. Your rate was quoted to you via email, which you understood and agreed to beforehand. Additionally, you've never spoken to our agent Jen. However, Christina did speak to you on a Friday about your motorcycle policy, and at that time you were advised that we were waiting for a discount to process on your policy. She promised to contact you with the confirmed new rate on the following Monday. This review was left before she had a chance to do so. We are very sorry if you felt frustrated.       image Been with Nationwide over 3 years. Every single year it went up for no reason, they said it was because of inflation. Was $575, then $625, then $664. Now I switched to a different insurance company and saving tons of money for a better plan but cheaper price. BUT they wont refund the exact amount they owe me. Only been on the plan for 14 days, paid $664.12, but only refund me $527.69 when I should get $612.88. ($3.66 per day x 14 days used = $51.24 insurance I used)($664.12- $51.24 = $612.88) So theyre taking $85.19 away from me. ID 10000000% SWITCH, check your rates and coverage you can save a lot, just shop around and youll get the same or better coverage for cheaper. Just very disgusted with this company, never going back.
