My dad was sent to Spang Crest for rehab after having a broken ankle. It was a difficult decision to choose where I was going to send my father to recover safely so that he could come home. I was worried about how he would be treated and was concerned about the level of care he would get.
I was pleasantly surprised with the entire team at Spang Crest. They took excellent care of my dad and were in constant contact with me on his progress and additional care that was needed. Everyone was so incredibly nice to us and I never worried about my dad while he was in their care. The facility is beautiful and he was very happy with his stay. They helped me with every aspect of his stay from insurance to setting up in home care for when he came home to ordering a hospital bed for him at his house. They even set up follow up dr appointments for him. It was such a great experience, so much so that I joke that I’m going to live at Spang Crest. I’m so thankful to the entire staff at Spang Creat and I know that if my parents should ever need in patient care again, Spang Crest will be my first call.
